Our 3 Step Process Is Our Key to Providing Quality Service
Step 1- Work with our customers to define a customized scope of work that meets their needs and budget. This step ensures standardized services across all locations.
Step 2 -Once the scope of work is agreed upon, we assign a Program Manager as the primary point of contact. The Program Manager confirms all active store listings with the client prior to the start of a new contract. The Program Manager implements the frequency and schedule for all activity and follows up on all service event issues.
Step 3 -The Customer Service department consistently monitors the satisfaction results after service events. Any issues are escalated to the Program Manager for resolution. We compile the results of all service events into a Satisfaction Measurement report which is provided monthly to our clients.
