Joe Lucas joined National Janitorial Solutions (NJS) in September of 2017 as the Senior Operations Manager. His background includes account and operations management experience that prepared him to excel in this position at NJS.
With excellent communication skills and the ability to influence, Joe provides daily guidance, inspiration, and supervision to our account managers in order to lead our teams in exceeding organizational goals. He provides training and manages client engagement to ensure smooth operations and quality service delivery to our customers.
