Kara Miles joined National Janitorial Solutions (NJS) in 2006 as the Director of Customer Service. She oversees all aspects of our organization’s customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives.
With exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills in dealing with clients and external organizations, Kara is responsible for managing our customer service department and ensuring excellence across all customer relations at NJS. Kara works closely with our staff and clients to provide efficient performance and superior quality service to customers.
Because of her dynamic expertise, Kara also assists with launching new accounts and projects, employee recruitment, and management system reporting to help create a culture and process that allows us to achieve our customer service goals and objectives.
